Design and Features
The Isuzu D-Max boasts its tall and sweeping headlights at the front alongside its signature grille. Despite being a pickup, aerodynamics aren't an afterthought; the D-Max's bonnet curves to break through the air when on a longer, faster drive. In comparison, the Ford Ranger screams American muscle cars with its flatter front-end, still pushing through any air in front, but with a bit more attitude.
Both cars are available with 18-inch alloy wheels, though the Isuzu can be purchased with 35-inch wheels for extra-difficult terrain. Different cab configurations, from double cab to crew cab and single cab are available - with different weight distributions across the different configurations. The Isuzu D-Max's 1.9L diesel engine outputs slightly fewer CO2 emissions, however the Ford Ranger offers better fuel efficiency, and does have a slightly larger infotainment system (12-inches vs the Isuzu's 9-inches).
